Do you cover my postcode?
To determine if we service your area, please use our location checker and enter your postcode. Ensure there's no space at the end of your postcode for accurate results.
How can I make a booking?
You can easily make a booking through our self-serve portal, which displays real-time availability for most covered postcodes and offers quotes based on your vehicle and chosen package. We eagerly await your reservation!
What vehicles do you valet?
Our online booking tool provides quotes for vehicles up to seven seats. For larger vehicles or non-standard vehicles (vans, camper vans, caravans, motorhomes, etc.), the quote may require adjustments.
Please note:
• Our products are safe for vehicles but not food-safe. Thus, we don't valet living quarters of motorhomes, camper vans, or HGVs.
• Cargo areas of vans are not valeted.
• Due to safety protocols, our team won't use ladders, so tall vehicle roofs won't be cleaned. If you have a non-standard vehicle or one with over seven seats, please email hello@luxevaleting.com.
Do I need to empty my car before you come?
To ensure timely valeting, kindly remove all personal items from your vehicle before our arrival.
Where should I park my car?
Find a safe, legal spot where we can park next to your car without disrupting traffic. For interior cleans, we need unhindered door access on both sides. Quiet streets or public car parks work best.
What if we're late to your valet?
Although we strive for punctuality, traffic conditions may cause slight delays. If our representative is more than 30 minutes late, they will contact you. If this happens, reach out via phone, email, or live chat, and our Customer Service will assist you.

Detailing, on the other hand, is primarily an American term that has been adopted in the UK to denote a more in-depth cleaning process. Beyond just washing and waxing, detailing at Luxe Valeting includes finer aspects such as cleansing air vents, rectifying chips and swirls, polishing wheel arches, restoring wheels to their showroom glory, and so much more. It's about making your car not only look but feel new in areas traditional valeting might overlook.

What happens if it rains?
Adverse weather might affect certain services in your package. In such cases, we'll either reschedule the entire service or complete what's possible and return another day. Our representatives will discuss the feasible options with you. Weather-related changes are free of charge.
How do I pay for my valet?
You can prepay online (a "Prepaid" label will appear on your account, confirmation email, and our diary). If not, payment is due post-service, either in cash or by card.
How can I cancel my booking?
Cancel or amend via your account. For bookings made over the phone, please contact us directly. Keep in mind that certain cancellations might incur fees.
What are your cancellation fees?
Cancellation costs are:
• If cancelled within one hour of appointment or post arrival: 100% of the price.
• If cancelled within 24 hours of appointment: 50% of the price (minimum £20).
What's the best package to remove mould/scratches/spilled paint/smoke smell?
• For scratches: Our hand polish can be added to any full or exterior clean. For deeper solutions, refer to our detailing service list. Unsure? Send us a picture at hello@luxevaleting.com.
• For paint: The effectiveness depends on the paint type, quantity, and duration since the spill. We don't remove seats or carpets. Email us a photo at hello@luxevaleting.com for an assessment.
• For smoke smell: We suggest the "Luxe Freshening" or "Luxe Freshening with Steam Treatment". Note that complete odour removal is not guaranteed, especially with persistent smells like cigarette smoke.
Can you provide a VAT receipt?
For online payments, email hello@luxevaleting.com for a receipt. Post-appointment, you can get an itemized receipt from the valeter who did the job. Receipts will reflect the applicable VAT rate.
